Whole-Home Rewiring
Homes built before 1970 often have knob-and-tube wiring. Homes built in the 1960s–70s may have aluminum branch circuit wiring - both present fire hazards that most homeowners insurance policies now exclude.
We rewire with minimal drywall disruption using fish-tape and snake methods where possible. Where we do need to open walls, we work with homeowners to patch before we leave.
All work is permitted, inspected, and compliant with NEC 2020. We'll also replace smoke detectors and arc-fault circuit interrupters (AFCIs) as required by code.

EV Charger Installation
Level 2 home chargers (240V) charge most EVs 4–5x faster than a standard 120V outlet. Before we install, we assess your panel's available capacity - if you're near the limit, we'll discuss options before you buy a charger.
We install all major brands: Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint Home Flex, Grizzl-E, Enel X JuiceBox. We recommend purchasing the charger that matches your vehicle's onboard charger rating (kW) and we'll advise if asked.
Installation includes a dedicated 50A or 60A circuit, NEMA 14-50 outlet or hardwired connection, and permit where required. Most installations take 2–4 hours.

Troubleshooting & Repair
Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering lights, burning smells - these are symptoms. The cause is often different from what it looks like. We diagnose before we quote, so you're not paying for parts or labor you don't need.
Common repairs: loose connections, failed GFCI outlets, overloaded circuits, double-tapped breakers, aluminum-to-copper pigtailing. We also handle surge protector installations and whole-home surge protection.
